DELINQUENT TAX NOTICE
Pursuant to the requirements of Chapter 2, Section 5 of the Municipal Code of the City of Fairview and in accordance with the requirements of Tennessee law, notice is hereby given that beginning
Penalties will be imposed in addition to the base tax for 2015 taxes. Additional penalties, interest, and other charges will be imposed in addition to the base tax, and suit will be filed to enforce the lien for taxes against land and personal limits of the City of Fairview for the tax year 2014. Until the filing of such suits on March 29, 2016 at 4:30 pm – taxes, penalties, and interest – may be paid at the City of Fairview tax office, 7100 City Center Way, Fairview, Tennessee. On March 8, 2016, a notice of all delinquent 2014 property tax owners’ names and the amount of the delinquent tax will be published in the local paper.
