1. AN APPLICATION TO ALLOW FOR A SIDE SETBACK ENCROACHMENT AT FIRST BANK. Property located at the intersection of Fairview Boulevard and City Center Circle (Tax Map 042, Parcel 17.10). Parcel owned by First Bank.
2. AN APPLICATION TO ALLOW FOR SIDE SETBACK ENCROACHMENTS AT 7211 OLD NASHVILLE HIGHWAY. Property located at 7211 Old Nashville Highway (Tax Map 042G, Group B, Parcel 6.00). Parcel owned by Josh Taylor.
