Tennessee Supreme Court suspends in-person court hearings amid COVID-19 surge

Due to the number of Covid-19 cases, The Supreme Court has suspended in person hearings until at least January 29, 2021. If you had a court case scheduled or if you were subpoenaed to appear on a case, your date is being reset as follows:

*If your court date was scheduled anytime between January 1, 2021 and January 15, 2021, see the reset dates below.

  • Last name begins with A through H – Your new date is Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 8:00 AM
  • Last name begins with I through Z – Your new date is Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 8:00 AM

*If your court date was scheduled anytime between January 16, 2021 and January 29, 2021, see the reset dates below.

  • Last name begins with A through H – Your new date is Thursday, March 25, 2021 at 8:00 AM
  • Last name begins with I through Z – Your new date is Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 8:00 AM
