Sealed bids will be received by the City of Fairview at City Hall at 7100 City Center Way, Fairview, TN 37062 until 10:00am CST, Monday, February 9, 2026, and opened publicly at 7100 City Center Way at that hour. The reading of the bids will begin at 10:00am CST.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The City of Fairview Entry Monument Signage includes the fabrication, construction, and
installation of three (3) new welcome signs. These signs will be installed in the same locations as the three (3) existing welcome signs. The Owner will be responsible for the demolition of the three (3) existing welcome signs and the removal of existing light fixtures. Power is available at each sign location.
PROPOSAL CONTRACTS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL THE TIME SET FOR OPENING BIDS

Questions must be received by email no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 4th, 2026.
