5.1. Mapco Property Mapco Property noncompliance – Follow-up on landscape compliance and confirm trees have been pruned and planting completed. (WHall, MBerkley)
5.2. Walmart Landscape – Follow-up on landscape compliance – date to plant was 08 DEC 2015. (WHall)
5.3. Update on the Road Scapes project on Hwy 100 and Hwy 96 junction in Fairview and associated dedication. (WHall)
5.4. Review and provide additional details and information on recommendations sent to the BOC from the April 2015 Tree Commission meeting – any update from Mr. Kraeger?
5.5. Review of Title 13, Chapter 4, Section 13. Remaining sections starting at Section 13-420 (2). This will also include a review of the current approved tree list (large and understory). (ALL)
5.6. Fast Pace Clinic Update – update on ability to obtain the Juniperus virginiana ‘Taylor’ cedars and/or planting of arborvitae as a temporary screen.
5.7. Report on Community Park Day, Saturday, 05 DEC, with focus on invasive plant eradication. (MBerkley)
6. New Business
6.1. The Meeting Place (church building on Hwy 96) – MBerkley recommended a revisit to the site for tree inventory follow-up. Also, tree protection fencing needs to be properly used per Codes standards.
6.2. National Arbor Day plans.
7. Update on Tree Bank Funds. (WHall)
