A. Second and Final Reading of Ordinance 2021-12, An Ordinance of the City of Fairview, Tennessee, Adopting the Annual Budget and Tax Rate for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2021, and Ending June 30, 2022.

B. Second and Final Reading of Ordinance 2021-14, An Ordinance to Establish an Updated Occupational Safety and Health Program Plan, Devise Rules and Regulations, and to Provide for a Safety Director and the Implementation of Such Program Plan.

11. New Business

A. Resolution 10-21, A Resolution of the City of Fairview, Tennessee, regarding the vacation of rights of way at Glavenshire Ct, Harlstone Drive, Bognor Trail, and a section of Adenborough Drive.

B. Resolution 11-21, A Resolution of the City of Fairview, Tennessee, designating certain fire service equipment as surplus and authorizing the disposal of the items.

C. Resolution 12-21, A Resolution of the City of Fairview, Tennessee, authorizing the city manager to engage the Tennessee Army National Guard regarding the construction of a police department firearms training facility, to negotiate any and all service agreements between the City of Fairview and the Tennessee Army National Guard regarding the construction of a police firearms training facility, and to execute any and all documents regarding the construction of a police firearms training facility.

D. Resolution 13-21, A Resolution to annex certain territory upon written consent of the owners and to incorporate the same withing the boundaries of the City of Fairview, Tennessee, with R-40 Single Family Low-Density zoning: 114 acres, Map 021, Parcels 062.00 and 063.00, Property Owner Norman Lampley.

E. Ordinance 2021-13, First reading of an Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairview by Rezoning 37.14 acres of property located at 2451 Fairview Boulevard, Williamson County, Tennessee, Tax Map 046, Part of Parcel 087.00, from CG, Commercial General, to RM-12, Multi-Family Residential, Owner: Estate of Laura Katherine Sullivan, Agent: Choteau Creek Holdings, LLC.
