ATTENTION: RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPERS, ENGINEERS, DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTORS, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS, SURVEYORS, PROJECT MANAGERS AND PROJECT REPRESENTATIVES.
CITY OF FAIRVIEW STORMWATER ORDINANCE ADOPTED MARCH 24, 2022
On March 24, 2022, the City of Fairview Board of Commissioners adopted Ordinance 2022-08, an Ordinance amending the City of Fairview Municipal Code, to Create Chapter 4 of Title 14, known as and now enacted as the City’s Stormwater Ordinance. This ordinance now governs and regulates stormwater within the City of Fairview corporate limits. Ordinance 2022-08 is posted on the City of Fairview website fairview-tn.org.
Effective May 6, 2022, this ordinance shall be enforced for all development submittals, project and plan submittals, and any and all other stormwater related or required submittals made to the City’s IDT portal, which can be found on the city’s website, or submitted to the City of Fairview in any other manner or form.
Any and all development related submissions made to the City of Fairview on or after May 6, 2022, will be required to comply with Ordinance 2022-08 regarding all matters of stormwater governance set forth in Ordinance 2022-08.
