First Reading, Ordinance 2023-11, An Ordinance to amend the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fairview, Tennessee, by Rezoning 4.35 Acres of Property located at 621 Hwy 96, consisting of Williamson County Tax Map 022P Group B, Parcel 007.00, Commercial General (CG) to RM-8 Multi-Family Residential, Property Owner: SM Commercial, LLC.
