A Public Hearing will be conducted before the Fairview Board of Zoning Appeals Monday, December 08, 2014 at 7:00p.m. The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the Fairview Board of Zoning Appeals to hear public opinion on an application for a variance to allow a storage building to be installed in the front yard at 7513 Chester Road. Map 47, Parcel 30.00. Paul and Etta McMahon, owners.

A Public Hearing will be conducted before the Fairview Board of Zoning Appeals Monday, December 08, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the Public Hearing is for the Fairview Board of Zoning Appeals to hear public opinion on an application for a variance to allow a storage building to be installed nearer to the side and the back of the property lines, than the required five feet at 7906 Pinecrest Lane.
